Our proprietary AI (AthenaScore) will output your program's custom dashboard where institutions can see the rankings of each applicant, which they can intelligently sort and rank in real time by variables as well as other metrics such as Research, Letters of Recommendation, Applicant timelines, and more. For each application, we will supply a drill down, which consists of a two-page summary of all the sections considered in generating the AthenaScore, as well as cited examples in the case of Research publication history and others.
The applications will take around one-hour to process per 1,000 applications once initial variables and program nuances have been identified. A full report will be delivered as the analysis is completed. In the case where institutions would prefer AthenaScore to be implemented within their internal domain on site. We estimate a two-week implementation process and scaling of critical infrastructure however, this is typically not necessary per the following data integrity and compliance below.
